SatNaam Ji,

meditate on SatNaam, this takes you to God's Light within your own hirdha. Then you realise and feel love for God in all Hirdhas - all beings with life - animal, human, plant etc. Serving others brings in the qualities of love, kindness, comapssion, umblness and so on into our hirdha as well. so Seva and Simran are most important.

Just remember though God doesnt directly do all the bad actions. SatNaam has created laws of nature as well as the divine laws, most of important is the LAW OF KARMA. So we all have to reap exactly what we have sown. When their is evil and siffering etc happening in the world it is due to Man's own bad karma, what they have sown, even natural disasters are a result of overwhelming negativy in the consciousness of those people in that part of the world. Weras wherever a pure, God being - SATGURU, goes, gurbani says that place beecomes green and fertile. Wherever you remember Gods Name, that place becomes filled with God;s light and heals, including the people around you. See each of us doing Satnam simran are bring Gods' light into the world through our love and devotion.

Remember, the crime is bad , not the criminal - meaning Gods is inthe hirdha of even the one who has committed the worst crime, but they are not listening to that God part of themself - that is their highest consciousness- Truth Consciousness - SAT NAAM. They are only running as per their karma - sowing bad deeds for the purposes of achieving, wealth, fame ,power or revenge etc. Thinking that will give them satsifaction, not realising when they leave their physical body, only their deeds go along with their soul, not their wealth, fame or name etc.

So no matter where you go, or whatever you are doing in life concentrate on doing good deeds and minimising your bad deeds and asking forgivness all day long for bad deeds, bad thoughts done under the inlfuence of the 5 thieves especially ego and pride.
You can love god in everyone, because without His Jyot in them, they would have no life. But , yu dont have to love their bad deeds, they are accountable and punishable either bby law of the land, or by law of KARMA.

SatNaam Dearest Penji,

please accept our head at your feet in service.

We can feel the struggle you have had with your life so far. We all want things to be perfect so we chase after SUKH, but DUKH is also the other side of the coin. Whilst living in the world we will always face SUKH and DUKH, nothing is perfect except for HIS NAAM, HIS SANT and HIS PRAISES. And that is the soul part of you, your atma. All DUKH we get is to teach us we need to get back to HIM in this life time. All comforts we are chasing are really only needed to have a comfortable life so we can sit and do our bhagti. Endless chasing of comforts is missing the point of life. although we understand you are still trying to establish yourself with a home, job and stable relationship. Which all make it easier to do bhagti.

Everythig that happens is due to our own karma, due to what we have sown in the past, hence we reap that. The only thing that overrules Karma, is the creator of Karma, and that is why we need to keep remembering Him at every moment. To have such a love for His Name, SAT NAAM, that it is beating in our hirdha all the time. When we love SAT NAAM, then LOVE overrules our KARMA. His Loving Name smooths out our path, clears our obstacles. Where do we learn this love? From the Sant-SatGuru that He sends us. Dhan guru Nanak Dev ji is guiding you in your visions and dreams and he has brought you this far. But He cannot give you the Naam from beyond, for that you need the Pargatio Jyot, who for us is Baba ji. Please start doing SatNaam Simran in your hirdha, with 100% surrender. Pray only for SUKH for others and only as for more DUKH for yourself - then your fear of DUKH will go. Pray that your attachment to your own body rots away and attachment to your whole family dies away. In this way free your mind from attachments of the comforts of maya, and hopes and reams of fulfilling wordly desires. When you stop chasing the world and do loving Naam simran, then you become a beautiful flower, in the peace and love of SatNaam and find a permanent place at the feet of your Sant Satguru. In this way you will find peace of mind, the purpose of your life on this Earth and you will live to help others too and in living for others you will forget your own DUKHS and merge into the LOVE LIGHT that is called PRABH JYOT PRABH NAAM - SAT NAAM.

May Satguru Baba ji bless you with Satnaam simran in your hirdha. Start right away and Baba ji will start pulling you from the inside to the Light of Satnaam. And you feel the benfits right away.

once you understand that all of our interactions are due to our KARMA, then you understand that we have past connections with all souls we meet in this life including our family, friends and pets. Gurbani says our souls are tumbling together through reincarnation and we are reborn to repay our dues to each other. In one life we may be father and son, in another mother and daughter, in another owner and pet. Just depends on our deeds, so gurbani says so good deeds and then receive the grace - Eternal Blessings of Naam from the Sant and finsh the journey of your soul. The opposite is true as well, sow bad deeds, come back as an animal and go further away from God.

A focused mind is a centred mind, a centred mind belongs to one who has risen above the falsehood of maya.

Sometimes we have to take a deep breath and rewind to the beginning.

Are the 5 vices Kam, Krodh, Lobh, Moh & Ahankaar ever-present in your daily life?

If you can say �No they are Not�, then you are a great spiritually strong being, and you won�t need advice.

Sometimes even in the good souls the 5 vices exist. We are witness to desire of wanting to meet the great Master. That is not a bad thing, but we have to realise we (individuals) cannot do anything, all is Hukam.

This system is a game in that we have no control, when realising this and accepting the inner peace comes.

Inner Peace = Centred Mind = The Highest Samadhi (Sun Kalaa)

Jaap his name in great comfort, you can start at 6pm (anytime you want) it doesn�t have to be during Amrit Vela, sit where you want & how you want. Let Naam eradicate Maya. Let Naam takeover you, give in to his name until it becomes every beating part of you (Rom Rom). Make this seva personal and not a regime.

The more Seva the better, ask for nothing, desire nothing, remain humble, ever loving & be patient (do not give in to frustration).

All of this can happen with Gur Kirpa, we are fortunate to have such a kind Satgur who continually blesses us.

Study these words, there is much information to be taken from this.
