Om: Almost 1 month passed after our first email exchange with Dassan Dass ji. We were regularly doing the morning hours simran but there were many questions coming in the mind like who is my guru, Is Dassan Dass ji my eternal guru destined for me. How do I make sure he is the one GOD sent for me.
Then a thought came in the mind and we prayed to paar braham parmeshwar ji that if he is a poora guru and if he is destined for me then he should send me an email today. This thought came while we were driving to work in the morning. We were praying to GOD all the time while driving to work that please please please we should see an email from Dassan Dass in our email box, please mere rabba please sort this out for me and then I will never have any question against my GURU…
And the poora guru and Sat paar braham are one, guru knows what the disciple needs and when. Came to office open the email inbox and boom the email from GOD my poora guru was waiting for us. Below is the email from Dassan Dass ji a 2 line email written by him just to clear our doubt.

Again Es sevak ka aap ko bahut bahut sukhrana ji. Nowadays you and your teachings are always in my mind and thoughts and many times I talk about you and your gurprasadi writings to my wife and family members. Just 2 days back I was telling my wife that I’m collecting my questions to again write to you and then I saw your note today as if you have read my mind and desire to talk to you. You have asked how am I doing now and my answer to that is fighting the most difficult war against a very strong enemy force.
You mentioned in one of your gurprasadi writings that Bandgi is like fighting a war against Maya and I’m doing exactly that. The enemy is very strong but I’ve the Gurprasadi Sat Naam and your blessing on my side as my aide and protector and if the Akal Purakh and your blessings are with me then I’ll definitely win this war. As you always mention in your writings that as a gursikh approaches more and more closer to the almighty the Maya attacks with more and more force and tries to pull you back from the path of puran bandgi and currently I’m experiencing the same.

If you please permit I would like to clarify few thoughts of mine and would like to hear your gurprasadi advice. Although I’m pretty sure that you gave me your GURPRASADI NAAM in your very first email response to me (may be even before when I read your first article on the Satnaam.info site) without which I would not have done any spiritual progress that I’ve achieved till now. My question is what if somebody asks me who my GURU is for that matter what if during my war with Maya my mind ask the same question to me. My answer to that is Dassan Dass Ji, but I want to make my answer more powerful and forceful so that I do not hear this question back from my mind under the influence of Maya. Do I have your NAAM as my support, my protector, my spiritual guide? If not then please bless this kukkar (sevak) with this most precious gift that anyone can get in this human life. Again I feel very strongly that your answer is yes otherwise you would have never send this email to me “asking how am I doing now” (Guru always takes care of his disciples and takes responsibilities of their spiritual progress and welfare and help them as needed and even before the disciple asks for it).

My second question is what are the signs of the opening of the Dasam Duar. In one of your gurprasadi writings I read you mentioned that you did not even realized when that happened for you. Now a days during naam simran I hear some kind of buzzing bee sound and when I try to concentrate on it the sound becomes more intense and more melodious like a veena or flute or kind of mix sound. Does that mean my Dasam Duar is open?
DON’T WORRY AND THINK ABOUT THE DASSAM DUAAR, YOU ARE DOING GREAT JUST STAY FOCUSED ON LONG SESSIONS OF SAT NAAM SIMRAN, KEEP ON COLLECTING THE NAAM DHAN, NEVER ENOUGH, THE MORE KEEP ON ENJOYING THE DIVINE MUSIC, YOU WILL FIND MORE TO IT AS YOU GO HIGHER IN YOUR SPIRITUALITY, BUT ALL WE CAN SAY AT THIS POINT OF TIME IS THAT YOU ARE DOING JUST GREAT AND KEEP ON DOING LONGER SESSIONS OF SAT NAAM SIMRAN AND KEEP ON COLLECTING SAT NAAM KI KAMAI AND YOU WILL KEEP ON DOING BETTER AND BETTER, AND PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THERE IS NO LIMIT – IT IS INFINITE – SO YOU HAVE TO BECOME INFINITE TO BECOME A PART OF INFINITE.
My third question is about the Sukh Asan meditation posture. You said in one of your writings that due to your lower back problem you prefer sitting in Sukh Asan position. How exactly you sit in Sukh Asan position, I mean what is the body posture of Sukh Asan. During meditation I sit in Lotus position but after around 1 and half hour start to get a bit uncomfortable continue sitting in that position and
have to change to some other positions and then come back to Lotus again.
WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS CORRECT, BUT YOU CAN SIT IN AN EASY POSTURE AS WELL, FOR EXAMPLE YOU CAN SIT ON A CHAIR OR A SOFA AS WELL, IT DOESN’T REALLY MATTER, EVENTUALLY THE NAAM GOES IN TO ROM ROM AND IT GOES ON THE AUTOPILOT MODE – PLEASE READ SIMRAN STAGES. PLEASE CONTINUE TO DO AS YOU ARE DOING IF YOU SO DESIRE YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR POSTURES AS YOU FEEL LIKE IN AN EASY MODE.
These are some thoughts and questions that I wanted to get your spiritual advises on. Next I want to share some spiritual experiences that I’m witnessing these days during SATNAAM simran. As I told you last time these days With gur prasad and your blessings I hear the Anahad naad music all the time. This melodious music is very intensive when I’m alone in a quiet room especially doing simran in amritvella time and late night hours but otherwise whenever I want I can hear it if I find a quiet place. Also during simran in samadhi I feel and hear amrit rising from sat sarovars from the lower part of the body towards the head. Sometimes the flow of Amrit is also downward. All this is amazing experience and cannot be described by mere words. Earlier I used to see utter darkness when I closed by eyes during simran, but these days I see splashes of light (nothing fixed), some kind of bright figures and most often see some light of oval shape which appears for sometime and then disappears. I’m ignorant and don’t fully understand what is happening but I’m enjoying it and hoping one day it will stabilize and I’ll be able to see clearly what Akal Purakh ji wants to show me.
PANCH SHABAD ANHAD NAAD MUSIC IS HEARD IN THE DASSAM DUAAR AND YOU ARE EXTREMELY FORTUNATE TO BE BLESSED WITH THAT GUR PARSAAD – “ANHAD SHABAD DASSAM DUAAR VAJJYEAA TAA AMRIT NAAM CHUAAYEAA THAA” SO PLEASE KEEP ON ENJOYING THIS AMRIT ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS, AS YOUR INSIDE MOVE MORE AND MORE TOWARDS INTERNAL SILENCE – THOUGHTLESSNESS – THIS MUSIC WILL KEEP ON ENHANCING – THE AMRIT FLOWS ALL THROUGH THE BODY AND YOU ARE FORTUNATE TO BE EXPERIENCING THIS – “AMRIT BHINNIE DEHURIE”. THESE KINDS OF EXPERIENCES CAN’T BE DESCRIBED AS YOU SAID IT RIGHT, AKATH KI KATHA CAN’T BE DESCRIBED, IT CAN ONLY BE EXPERIENCED AND SEEN PHYSICALLY BY THE ONE WHO IS BLESSED WITH THIS GUR PARSAAD. SEEING LIGHT AND BRIGHTNESS IS GREAT – JUST CONCENTRATE ON LONGER SESSION OF SMAADHEE – 2 TO 4 HOURS OR MORE. SUNN SMAADHEE IS THE NEXT STAGE – “SUNN SMAADH MAHA PARMARATH”. JUST KEEP ON COLLECTING NAAM DHAN AND YOU WILL KEEP ON MOVING UPWARDS, BEWARE OF MAYA ALL THE TIME.
Also, towards the end of the simran when enough amrit has flown up and down my body, my body starts to shake and dance rigorously. Also often times my hand goes into Guru Nanak asan with my palm facing in the front but strangely enough after few seconds or minutes the hand turns towards me with the palm facing me as if Guru Nanak ji is blessing me through me. After few minutes it then one by one start touching my center of the forehead then back of my head then left side and right side of my head then my hirda and then finally my center of the throat. I guess Baba ji is blessing these areas of mine for further spiritual progress towards him.
AMRIT IS NEVER ENOUGH – IT IS INFINITE SO KEEP ON COLLECTING IT, THERE IS NO LIMIT, NO DEPTH, NO DIMENSION, AND CAN’T BE QUANTIFIED – SHAKING OF BODY AND DANCING IN SMAADHEE IS A VERY GOOD ASSANS JUST GO WITH THESE ASSAMS AND KEEP ON ENJOYING NAAM SIMRAN IN THESE SMADHEE ASSANS, THIS IS FOR CORRECTION AND BALANCING OF ALL THE SPIRITUAL ENERGIES AND YOUR MIND AND INSIDE – CLEANSING TO MAKE YOUR SUKSHAM DEHI PURE AS PURE GOLD – KANCHAN DEHI, WHICH WILL EVENTUALLY LEAD YOUR HIRDA TO A PURAN SACHYARI REHAT – AND WILL FILL IT UP WITH ALL THE DIVINE QUALITIIES. THE SMAADHEE ASSAN YOU SEE GURU NANAK PATSHAH JI IS THE HIGHEST SMADHEE AND WHEN IN THIS KIND OF A ASSAN A SANT IS SITTING THEN WHOSOEVER IS SITTING INFRONT GETS THE GUR PARSAAD, AND IF THE HAND IS MOVING TOWARDS THE MIDDLE OF YOUR CHEST THAT MEANS THAT DHAN DHAN PAAR BRAHAM PARMESAR IS SITTING IN YOUR HIRDA, SO YOU ARE EXTREMELY FORTUNATE TO BE MEDITATING IN SUCH DIVINE ASSANS OF SMADHEE. HAND MOVING TO THE CENTER OF THE FOREHEAD AND COMING DOWN SHOWS THE AMRIT FLOWING THROUGH DASSAM DUAAR TO YOUR HIRDA. ALL THIS HAPPENS WHEN THE BANDGI GOES IN TO THE KARAM KHAND – AND YOU ARE VERY FORTUNATE TO BE BLESSED WITH THE GUR PARSAAD OF KARAM KHAND – KARAM MEANS KIRPA – REHMAT – GUR PARSAAD – WHEN THE BHAGTI ACCOUNT IS OPENED IN THE DARGAH AND WHATEVER SIMRAN YOU DO IS COUNTED IN THE DARGAH SO MORE THE BETTER, NEVER ENOUGH, SO PLEASE KEEP ON COLLECTING THE NAAM DHAN AND MAKE YOUR LIFE SUBLIME.
Also, Dassan Dass ji in the start of my spiritual initiation which was few months back (sometime middle of September) when I was blessed with NAAM and your blessings I was very eager to walk in the path of
spirituality towards GOD and was hungry for Akal Purakh’s Darshan and achieving salvation but now after a little progress so far with gur parsad and your blessings my hunger and thirst for the Param Jyot
Darshan instead of reducing is growing more and more. Is there a stage when a person gets fully satisfied and has no more thirst and hunger left for the GOD.
THERE IS NO END TO THE BANDGI – IT GOES IN TO THE INFINITE MODE WHEN YOU UNITE WITH HIM – HUNGER FOR NAAM – AMRIT – GUR PARSAAD – DOESN’T DIMINISH – THIS IS THE GUR PARSAAD AND KEEPS ON ENHANCING WITH YOUR SEVA AS YOU GO ALONG – THE ONLY THING THAT DIMINISH IS THE WORLDLY DESIRES – PARAM PADVI BRINGS YOU TO THE COMPLETE STABILITY AND NO DESIRES – AND THEN YOU ARE ALWAYS AND FOREVER ABSORBED IN THE AKAL PURAKH, THE ENTIRE BODY GETS FILLED WITH AMRIT AND NOT ONLY THAT THEN THE AMRIT STARTS TO FLOW OUT ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS AND THAT IS WHERE YOU ARE BLESSED WITH THE GUR PARSAAD TO GIVE THE GUR PARSAAD TO OTHERS, SO WHEN YOU GET ABSORBED IN THE INFINITE YOU BECOME ONE WITH THE INFINITE. There is one more question I wanted your divine insights about. I have a small friend circle and some of them are Christian and Muslim. When we get together sometimes we often have a very conducive and positive discussions on various religions and beliefs. There is one major difference in what SGGS Ji and Hindu religion teaches as compared to Christianity and Muslim. SGGS ji and Veda’s preach about Reincarnation
whereas Bible and Kuran does not believe in Reincarnation and only believes in one life and hell or heaven after death. I haven’t read Bible or Kuran myself but this is what my friends told to me. The question that comes to my friends and my mind is when Bible and Kuran is also words from the same GOD then why this drastic difference (incomplete picture). Please share the GODs divine wisdom on this.
