Satnaam Ji,
It is with great humility that we write these words. Please accept our sincerity. Thanks again for the opportunity to ask questions, discuss, and for the kind words mentioned below. Most times, we feel lost, weak, and quite needy. So, your words below are quite encouraging.
We wanted to take this opportunity to share with you our latest experience and perhaps get your comments (if any): We’ve begun to hear (and sometimes feel) a two-syllable sound, usually when alone, in quiet environment, and when meditating. It was there previously but quite faint, now it’s more pronounced. It sounds and feels like it’s coming from the right ear, sometimes from both the left and right ear, but mostly the right ear. With that, we just start reciting Satnaam at the same rythym as the sound. It’s intermittent but can last from five minutes to literally hours.
Since we are still having difficulty meditating the length of time you recommended (4-5 hours), today, we began meditation at 5:30pm and continued for four hours and will start again at 1AM. We were curious to know whether there was any benefit/disadvantage to meditating outside the 1-6 AM recommended time frame. We understand that the first two hours are spent on earth, the next hour in the next plane and so on. Based on this statement, it would seem that one would get the most out of meditation by meditating 4-5 hours continuously versus in increments. We were thinking that perhaps during the week, we can make up any meditation gaps in the
evening hours before the official meditation begins. Any thoughts?

THIS DIVINE MUSIC IS NOT HEARD IN EARS, THOUGH IT SEEMS LIKE BEING HEARD IN THE EARS, THIS IS BEING HEARD THROUGH THE TENTH DOOR – WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT DIVINE DOOR SITUATED IN TH TOP PORTION OF YOUR HEAD. THIS MUSIC IS A NON STOP MUSIC – WHEN THE TENTH DOOR OPENS THEN THERE IS A PERMANENT CONNECTION FORMED WITH THE ALMIGHTY AND IT WILL KEEP ON GETTING STRONGER AND STRONGER WITH YOUR MEDITATION. WE MUST SAY THAT YOU ARE VERY FORTUNATE TO BE BLESSED WITH THIS DIVINE MUSIC. EVENTUALLY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO HEAR IT ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE YOU MAY BE, EATING, DRIVING, WALKING AND SO ON.
JUST CONTINUE TO MEDITATE AS YOU ARE DOING, MEDITATING IN THE EVENING IS GREAT, AND MEDITATING IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS IS GREATER AND GREATEST, SO PLEASE DON’T WORRY JUST KEEP ON MEDITATING AS LONG AS YOU CAN, OR THE BEST WAY TO PUT IT IS AS LONG AS YOU ENJOY DOING SO. FEELING THE NEED AND MORE AND MORE LONGING FOR THE MEDITATION AND LISTENING TO THIS DIVINE MUSIC AND SO ON IS A VERY GOOD SIGN, ACTUALLY MORE YOU GET, MORE YOU WILL BE BECOMING, MORE THIRSTY YOU WILL BE BECOMING, THERE IS NO LIMIT THIS IS THE GUR PARSAAD – DIVINE GRACE AND YOU WILL WANT MORE AND MORE OF IT, SO THIS IS THE WAY HOW YOUR HUNGER AND THIRST FOR SAT NAAM WILL KEEP ON ENHANCING WHICH IS A VERY GOOD THING, NEVER ENOUGH, NEVER ENOUGH, THAT IS HOW THIS PLEASURE IS THAT IS HOW THIS DIVINE BLISS IS, THAT IS HOW THIS ETERNAL HAPPINESS IS, AND THIS WILL LEAD YOU TO THE UNION WITH GOD.
