Physical Excercise

Physical excercise is very important for everyone, be it a child, a young person or an old person.

We do go to the health club 3-4 times a week and spend a good hour over there. We also do some breathing excercises evey day as well. This keeps us very healthy and keeps on building our immunity and also enhances the metabolism. A healthy body is a must for all of us. So this is our request to all of you to spend some time in maintaining your physical health.
